We will always refund or replace any damaged or faulty item free of charge.
Due to our products being packaged in glass, occasionally items may arrive broken or damaged. If you experience this please send the product back to us at the address below within 10 days of receipt of purchase and we will send you an immediate replacement.
If you suspect an item to be faulty please return it to us within 10 days of receipt of purchase and we will issue you with a replacement or full refund. You will need to return the item to us as it is important for us to see any faulty goods in order to rectify any problems that may have occurred, and to ensure that it does not happen again. Please note refunds will be issued according to price paid and payment method at the time of purchase.
If you need to return damaged or faulty goods to us we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage form. With any return items please enclose details of your order reference, name and contact details, together with replacement or refund preference and a receipt of postage cost of returning the item so that we can reimburse this to you.

Please check all ingredients on the product label carefully as non faulty goods are not refundable and we are unable to exchange them.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order please call our customer support line on +44 (0)1273 623123 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order and order number. If your goods have already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel and refund your order.
