delivery~
during normal working hours, customer orders placed before midday will be shipped on the same day.

as we deliver by first class royal mail we anticipate that customer orders will be delivered by the next working day.

if an item you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone. you can then change or cancel your order - or wait for delivery (we will give you an estimated delivery date).

delivery charges~
within the UK - £2.50 for the first item plus 75p per additional item.

for EU - £3.00 for the first item plus £1.20 per additional item.

rest of world - £4.50 for the first item plus £2.30 per additional item.

for orders (within the UK) in excess of £60 - we offer free shipping. please phone 01273 623123 to place orders over £60.

returns policy~
we will always refund or replace any faulty item free of charge.

please phone or email us if you have something you suspect to be faulty. you will need to return the item as it is important for us to see any faulty goods in order to rectify any problems that may have occurred, and to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

if you are unhappy for any other reason we guarantee to exchange or refund (not incl P&P). if you need to return goods we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage form.

any goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. please send us your receipts and a short letter, stating your order reference, name and address. we will only refund the purchase price to the same credit/debit card the goods were bought with.
