About Our Products
Our range of products are made from ingredients that are as close to their natural state as possible in order to reduce the risk of reaction that can occur with highly processed substances.
We aim to make our products as safe, effective and simple as possible so every ingredient we use serves a particular purpose; each has been chosen for its effectiveness rather than for cosmetic reasons. There is nothing hidden, nothing not listed.
Our position is that there is nothing mysterious or controversial about the effectiveness of our products; we are committed to absolute transparency and evidence-based research to back up our claims of efficacy.
We are committed to making our ingredient lists as clear and comprehensible as possible.
We only use an ingredient if it is essential to the effectiveness of the product.
We do not use synthetic fragrances, petrochemicals or colours in any of our products.
We use organic ingredients wherever possible.
Many of our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our products are suitable for use for anyone; adults, children and babies alike.
They can all be applied anywhere on the body; on face, scalp, hands and delicate areas of the body.
There are no preservatives in our Skin Salvation salves or oils or in any of our First Aid Range or Baby Skincare Range. Only very minute amounts of carefully-chosen and necessary preservative are added to our water-based creams - Intensive Hand Cream, Daily Moisturising Cream and Cooling Cream - to reduce the risk of microbe growth.
If you have any further questions about any of our products, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team on 01273 623 123 or email us at email@example.com; we will be happy to help you.
Not just for humans.
If you're only going to use natural, gentle lotions and potions on your own skin, why not avoid putting harsh products on your pets? Dogs, cats, horses, etc can also be prone to sensitive skin which might react to preservatives or fragrances in other skincare products and we are very please to be able to say that most of our products are suitable for use on animals.
However, it has been suggested that high concentrations of tea tree and lavender essential oils are not good for cats and dogs, so we would advise that you do not use either of the Rescue Salves on your household pets.
We would advise that you patch test, an area of skin to ensure the animal does not have any sensitivities to the ingredients and following this you can apply the cream as often as required.
We have received testimonies from happy customers who have used our products on dogs, cats and horses so if you have an experience of using Purepotions on your pet please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, we would love to hear about it.
